Providing Transformational Opportunities
To Poor Innocent Children & Their Families

Testimonials

From Marilu N. Custer, Founder of BSKFTLPI (grant recipient)

“We from Bacolod Street Kids Feeding, Training and Livelihood Program, Inc. would like to thank Cents for Innocents and the founder Debbie Allen for partnering with us. Since, last year of 2018,  Cents for Innocents gave 4,200 meals to the unfortunate children and mothers in Bacolod City, Philippines. Besides, the meals,  they have  also provided us 50 new school chairs for our Training and Livelihood Program which caters to our  vocational classes, approved under TESDA (government). We offer English Tutorial classes  which are sponsored by  Cents for Innocents. They have also sponsored the Christmas gifts, and Christmas parties last year which catered to almost 400 people. If it were not because of the Cents for Innocents our dreams and goals to help the poorest among the poor will never be materialized.  Cents for Innocents plays a huge part in our Philippine SEC approved charity, BSKFTLPI,  giving hope and uplifting the street kids and their families from poverty.

Please support  Cents for Innocents whose passion is to  give only but hope to the unfortunate children and their families.”

From ZsaZsa Perez, Murcia Children’s Feeding and Scholarship Project (volunteer)

“So heartwarming to see their innocent faces lit up and the joy and anticipation on the food to be served to them. Simple food, but it made a difference in their lives. And it will make you realize how blessed we are… we have so much and they have so little.   The food on our table every day that we take for granted is a feast for them.  Believe me, I was there.  These kids looking forward to the next feeding, donning their best Sunday dress and the little amount that we share will go a long way for these kids.”

From Jennifer Scott,  Foster Care Social Worker at Families Uniting Families (donor)

“I highly recommend Cents for Innocents (CFI) because it truly is an effective way to make a difference where it is most needed. It is completely volunteer driven, meaning all your money goes directly to the cause. CFI financially supports programs that are already fulfilling the mission locally, with the goal of meeting the needs of the most marginalized children in the poorest areas.  More importantly, the supported programs have the model of giving the children and families a hand up, not a hand out, as the programs are holistic and teaching the children so they can have a brighter future.”
